Saigon Room

The Saigon Room is ideal for private parties, offering a spacious layout with a private bar serving beer, wine, and cocktails. The room is ideal for receptions or rehearsal dinners, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, retirement parties, showers, or other special occasions. Our flexible floor-plan gives the ability to configure the room for a buffet, a pre-set dinner for 40, or a stand-up cocktail reception for 50.

Private Event Deposit Form

ROOM RESERVATION: Thank you for your interest in Vietnam Restaurant & Cafe for your special event. The following are our banquet guidelines and menus. Your reservation for a private room will be confirmed once your $300 deposit has been received. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is refundable up to two weeks prior to your function. After that time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. MENU SELECTION AND GUEST COUNT: For food preparation purposes, all menu selections must be finalized one week in advance. A guaranteed guest count must be provided three business days prior to your event. This number will be considered final. You will be charged based on actual attendance or the guaranteed guest count, whichever is greater. MINIMUM PURCHASE: A minimum purchase of $1,500 in food and beverages is required, excluding tax and gratuity.

BEVERAGES: All beverages, including wine, liquor, beer, and coffee drinks, are in addition to menu prices. Food and beverage minimums do not include additional items such as AV equipment, flowers, or other services. Minimums also do not include a 20% gratuity, 8% sales tax, and 10% liquor tax.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES POLICY: All beverages must be purchased through Vietnam Cafe, with the exception of wine under the following conditions. Corkage fees for private events are $35.00 per 750ml bottle and $55.00 per magnum bottle. Our liquor license requires staff to check proper identification for anyone who appears underage. Valid ID must be presented to be served alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears underage or intoxicated.

BILLING: All balances are due at the conclusion of your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal checks and traveler’s checks are not accepted for final payment. A 20% gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage totals. All banquets are subject to an 8% sales tax and 10% liquor tax. Additional labor charges may apply for events exceeding three hours.

LOST ITEMS: Vietnam Cafe is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment, merchandise, or guests’ personal belongings.
